What is included in trial plans?
Trial workspaces include the same core product capabilities as the plan you start on (Shield masking, policy controls, and the plan’s included monthly message and integration credit pools), so you can validate real workflows before paying.
What happens when my trial is over?
Your subscription converts to paid billing on the payment method you used at checkout, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
What are message and integration tokens?
In Blekline billing, usage is tracked as monthly credits. Message credits cover high-volume AI prompt/masking throughput through the platform; integration credits cover connector/API-style operational usage—each plan includes separate monthly pools.

Can I can cancel, downgrade or upgrade anytime?
Yes you can manage subscription changes from Billing in the app.
